Because of our made-to-order process, some items may ship separately, allowing you to enjoy parts of your order while we finish creating the rest.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our headquarters located in China, Texas, and Las Vegas. Your order will ship from the location best suited for your item type and availability. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. All items are packed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. SLASHERSTOCK is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier issues outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect addresses cannot be refunded once shipped.
Returns are only accepted in the event of a product defect or damage upon arrival. A defect is defined as a flaw in manufacturing, construction, or materials that renders the product unusable for its intended purpose. Sizing issues, fit preferences, or simply not liking the product are not valid reasons for return or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Please see all sizing charts before purchasing. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and selecting the correct size before placing an order. Because sizing is clearly provided prior to checkout, incorrect sizing choices are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Customers must notify SLASHERSTOCK of any defect or damage within five business days of delivery. To initiate a claim, customers must provide their order number, clear photos or videos of the defect, and a written description of the issue. All clearance, final sale, promotional, or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift cards, downloadable products, and digital items are also not eligible for returns.
If a defective product claim is verified, customers may choose either a replacement item of equal value or a refund issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within ten business days after the defective product is received and inspected.
